Art has been the center of my life since I could remember. As a child, when I couldn’t express myself with words, I found comfort in the arts. There was never a time I wasn’t drawing, playing music, dancing, acting out different characters, or making any type of craft project. Elementary and middle school introduced me to different mediums and art forms; I would look forward to every opportunity to explore new materials or techniques. Making videos for school projects is how I discovered my passion for filmmaking, and my high school drama club further interested me in performance art. These experiences inspired me to study film while continuing to expand my skills in digital art and discover different paths like motion graphics and website design. Creative outlets have always been my go-to method of self expression, and it is the reason I’ve been able to grow beyond my shell. With every project I create, I don’t just improve at the skill, but I learn more about myself from the process.
